Polish division of Pentol was set up in 1985 and since that time our motto is: “We sell solutions – not just products” . In practice it means that, when starting a new project our customers receive a strong support which lasts as long as the customers use our products. This assistance is mainly through our Service Centre in Krakow, Poland. We are available for our customers (even 24/7 if required) via all possible communication channels (telephone, fax, email, phone).

Moreover, we offer a variety of training programs to our customers both in the Service Center and on-site.

The way how the service is provided to Customers was adjusted to their requirements ant to specificity of products.

The Service Centre has a well-equipped laboratory with advanced apparatus. Pentol service specialists are regularly trained by the manufacturer of monitoring systems. They have all certificates and permissions required by low. Moreover, they participate in alpine trainings courses in order to work on high altitudes.

The range of the service of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems offered by Pentol:

• periodical checkups (after warranty period),
• comprehensive supervision on the monitoring systems,
  introduction of quality assurance procedures acc. to Polish Standard PN-EN14181,
• introduction of the results from parallel measurements acc. to QAL2 and AST procedures,
• flue gas analyzers calibration with reference gases,
• calibration on optical bench,
  remote checkups,
• remote diagnosis of faults,
• system components repair (readiness to action with response time 24 hours from reporting a fault),
• sales of spare parts for gas analyzers,
• manufacturing of the components of diagnostic service tools,
• possibility of landing the analyzers (for long-term repairs),
• technical support.

Over 20 years’ experience in the field of servicing the monitoring systems, has proven their long lifetime (usually over 10 years!).

• technical support and close cooperation with producers of the apparatus.

On Customer request apparatus coming from other suppliers can also be serviced by Pentol.

• comprehensive maintenance of our dozing installations,
• repairing jobs in full scope,
• technical support.

Moreover, our specialists help with evaluation of the optimal dose of an additive – even in case when conditions of the process undergo some changes (e.g. changing the type of fuel, or after boiler modernization).
